Tom Cassidy
Coca-Cola Collector
Always coca-cola? You bet if the condition and age are right!
Why collect antique Coca-Cola items?
There's something about that red disc or the white swirl (known as the Dynamic Ribbon Device). Even better are the colors of Coca-Cola in the 1920's and 30's-rich greens and reds and yellow. The pieces he collects range from Coca-Cola thermometers from the USA, Europe and Japan. He collects international items mostly prior to the 1960's. He really loves USA pieces from the 1930's through the war years. This seems to be the real heart of the Coke collecting.
Always Buying Antique Advertising
If you want your antique Coca-Cola item to have a good home and eventually make it's appearance here on the internet (plans are to showcase his top items online as a reference for other Coke collectors).
- Mint and Near Mint condition items from the 1800s-thru 1960's.
- WW2 posters and items related to the period.
- Top Condition Kay Display signs and series of signs.
- Light up signs.
- German Coca-Cola items particularly during the Third Reich era.
- Coca-Cola Chewing Gum items.
- Mint condition trays.
He's interested only in top condition pieces; please note, "mint for its age" is not in his philosophy. Top condition means minimal use, scratches or dents. Mint means flawless, without imperfection, like new condition.
